Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between your organization and AIMS ("we", "us"). By signing in or using a workspace, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not sign in or use the service. Contact us at creatingaspectsllc@gmail.com.

The service

AIMS provides software for insurance operations, including policy lifecycle, claims, accounting integrations, and related workflows on the web and mobile app. Each organization is registered in a tenant registry and receives its own workspace. Users join when their organization creates accounts and assigns access. Each organization’s records are kept separate from other organizations.

The service is operational software for your organization. It is not legal, actuarial, or insurance advice.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Your organization’s administrators invite or provision users, decide what they can access, and must remove access when someone should no longer have it.

Your content and records

Policies, claims, documents, and other records your organization adds belong to your organization. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content so the service can operate for users your organization authorizes. We do not claim ownership of your insurance records.

Mobile app

The mobile app connects to the same workspace as the web application for authorized users. Features available on mobile may differ from the web. Camera access is used only when you choose to capture photos or documents in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law or use the service for an unlawful purpose
  • try to access another organization’s workspace or any account that is not yours
  • share your sign-in details or let someone else sign in as you
  • bypass or interfere with the service’s security features
  • use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the service or collect its data without permission
  • upload malware or anything that disrupts the service
  • upload content you do not have the right to share

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may interrupt the service for maintenance. We may suspend access that violates these terms or creates a security risk.

Our property

The service, including its software and design other than your organization’s data, belongs to us and our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product except as the law allows.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organization paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending this agreement

Your organization can stop using the service according to your agreement with us. We may end access that breaches these terms. Download or export records your organization must keep before access ends.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above is the current version. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
